Description

Scrambling up a steep cliff like this is no easy job even in broad daylight, but in pitch darkness it is a really tough proposition. However it is all in a day's work to these soldiers of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), who are taking part in a night exercise near the Korean truce line. The cliff leads up from the Imjin River, which the soldiers have just crossed in assault boats.
