Studio portrait of 425199 Flight Sergeant (Flt Sgt) Stanley Arthur Nystrom, RAAF, No. 15 Squadron, RAF, of Annerley, Qld. Nystrom enlisted in January 1942. He was a crew member of Lancaster LM121 which was shot down during operations and crashed at Lormaison, France, on 1 June 1944. Flt Sgt Nystrom and the six other crew members were killed. Flt Sgt Nystrom was 21 years of age.
