Gillman reports on the Twiliters (Maria Blanche, Greg Ferris, Valmai Johnson, Graham Shaw, John Stoddart, Catherine Anne Warnes and Kerry White) tour of South Vietnam, 8-19 June 1967. Major Francis Henry James Mitchell, Headquarters Eastern Command, is escorting the group. The Twiliters is the seventh Australian-government sponsored concert party to visit South Vietnam. Included are performances by Valmai Johnston, Maria Blanche and Johnny Stoddart at a concert held at 1st Australian Task Force base, Nui Dat. Warrant Officer Class 2 Colin Henry Swinbourn gives his impressions of this concert. Ferris and Warnes speak of their selection for the Twiliters' tour; arrival in South Vietnam; performances for Australians in Saigon, Nui Dat, Vung Tau and for members of the United States 7th Fleet in the Gulf of Tonkin; reasons for wanting to entertain servicemen and women in South Vietnam.
