Description
Operation Slipper Afghanistan c 2002, general official Australian Defence Force compiles including: Maritime interception operations and vertical replenishment at sea from various RAN ships in the Arabian Gulf including HMAS Adelaide, HMAS Kanimbla, HMAS Sydney, HMAS Newcastle and HMAS Manoora; Army operations including SAS reconnaissance, desert patrols, town patrols and bomb disposal; Special Forces in Afghanistan; RAAF air to air refuelling in Kyrgyzstan.
