At the US Naval Base at Subic Bay, officers and other crew members of the RAN guided missile destroyer HMAS Brisbane (II) D41 attend to tasks in the bridge as the ship relieves HMAS Perth (II) for duty in Vietnamese waters. The Brisbane will be serving with the US Seventh Fleet on the gunline.
