At a Commanding Officer’s parade at the RAAF airbase at Vung Tau, A31866 Warrant Officer (WO) Richard (Dick) Allen Grinter of Laverton, Vic, Engineering Warrant Officer for No 35 Squadron, was presented with a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement for his service to the RAAF, by O382 Group Captain (Gp Capt) Horton Douglas Marsh, DFC, Commanding Officer (CO) of the RAAF contingent at Vung Tau.
