43528 Private (Pte) Alan Graham, sitting on a lounge cradling his baby son Steven on his legs. Pte Grahan served in Malaysia during Confrontation in A Company, 4th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (4RAR). This photograph was most likely taken in the married quarters that Pte Graham and his family occupied at Malacca after 4RAR returned from operations in Borneo. Pte Graham was later killed in action in Vietnam on 7 January 1969.
