Description
"RAAF Caribous in Vietnam" by Gareth Kimberley. This manuscript is chapters 17 and 18 from his autobiography "A Flier's Life" with the addition of photographs. It recounts various missions and stories about RAAF Flight Lieutenant Gareth Kimberley's posting to Vietnam in the 35/38 squadron as a Caribou pilot from November 1965 to August 1966. Includes aircraft accidents and incidents and a brief history of 35 squadron as well as a tourist brief on his return to Vietnam in 2004.
