The day of the official opening of the Rest Room at Broadmeadows military camp. Opened by the wife of the Governor General, Her Excellency Lady Helen Munro Ferguson, the Rest Room was built by the Brunswick Red Cross and citizens, and was an adjunct to the camp hospital, providing a rest space for convalescent soldiers.
