Collections consists of an original letter dated 31 May 1918, written in French by French naturalist and entomologist, Eugene Boullet, to General Sir Joseph John Talbot Hobbs, Commander of the Australian 5th Division, thanking him and his Australian troops for their assistance in salvaging Boullet's butterfly collections, works of art, and other personal souvenirs during the fighting and bombing around Corbie in April.
