HMAS Sydney baseball cap. Navy blue in colour with a machine embroidered grey profile of the HMAS Sydney and the words 'HMAS Sydney / FFG-03' embroidered in gold around the ship on the cap's crown. The word 'TOPCHOP' has been embroided in gold at the back of the cap. There is a velcro strap at the rear of the hat for size adjustment.

This item was worn by Chief Petty Officer Avery of HMAS Sydney during the ship's deployment to the Persian Gulf in 2003 as part of Operation Slipper.
