The Somme Valley, near Corbie
Description
Depicts the Somme Valley, the village of Corbie is visible in the middle distance and a small hut which is tucked behind the hillside above the village. Benson indicates that "[The] 12th Light Brigade Headquarters were in the small shooting box, June 1918".
