Description
1st Australian Task Force Light Aid Detachment (1ATF LAD) vehicles from Nui Dat lined up left and local vehicles from the 1st Australian Logistics Support Group (ALSG) at right in a vehicle park near the beach. The location a particular vehicle normally operated was easily identified by the state and colour of their wheels. The red mud and dust of the Nui Dat area stuck to the wheels of trucks driven at 1ATF whereas those vehicles driven about Vung Tau head theirs sand-blasted clean.
