"3rd Pioneer Bn graves at Kandahar Cemetery. The Dressing Station was in the building. The trees are on the road." 'Our graves are those with oval plates. Had many a cup of hot cocoa at this station about 3am. It is situated on the road from Neuve Eglise in Belgium.' (One of a collection of photographs belonging to Lieutenant (Lt) Robert Trevor Williams and taken by Lt William Wyatt Harvey during a battlefield tour of France and Belgium, January 1919, by officers of the 3rd Pioneer Battalion.
