Description

A crowd of spectators line Bathurst Street and applaud members of entertainment units participating in the Anzac Day march. Centre of the row of entertainers is Herbert Henry 'Smokey' (or 'Smoky') Dawson, a country music singer who served in the 1st Australian Entertainment Unit in New Guinea during the Second World War. The other two entertainers are unidentified.
