Description
Collection relating to the Vietnam War service of 217585 Trooper Donald Richard Barnby, 2 Squadron Special Air Service Regiment, Vietnam, 1971-1972.
Wallet 1 of 1 consists of three military driving licences, four leave passes, one Army Projectionist's Licence, two customs forms of goods sent back home to Australia, one inventory of items sent back to Australia from Vietnam, a 'Welcome Home' telegram from Don Barnby's Aunt Mollie & Uncle Tony, one calendar indicating the time that Barnby spent in Vietnam, and a US issue notebook.
The notebook contains lists of dates of patrols undertaken by Barnby, as well as lists of souvenirs purchased.
