Description
Australian officers undertaking rapid fire training at the firing range in the Middle East Area of Operations (MEAO). This photograph was taken by Nick Fletcher, Australian War Memorial Senior Curator of Military Heraldry and Technology, as part of the Memorial's Curators in the Field programme. Nick travelled to Afghanistan with the Australian Defence Force in October 2009, together with official war artist Shaun Gladwell.
