The Manuscript covers Maj Thorsby's observations of the PT Boats at Milne Bay, Morobe, Madang, Tarakan, Labuan, and Balikpapan. Maj Throsby details the day to day life of the PT Boat crews. Additionally the interactions of Australian and American servicemen are examined, including inter-allied cooperation in the New Guinea campaign.
