Outdoor portrait of NX33471 Gunner Jack Stephen (Johnnie) Shoveller, 3 Anti Tank Regiment. Gnr Shoveller enlisted on 21 June 1940 and was taken prisoner of war (POW) in Europe. He died of illnes in Stalag XVIIIa camp, Wolfsberg, Austria on 18 April 1945. He was aged 27.
