Description

Group portrait of members of the 48th Battalion. Identified are, back row: 1960 Private Lindsay Miller (left); 1634 Lance Corporal Charles Henry Bobridge (right). Front row: 1635 Sergeant (Sgt) Edward Albert Bobridge (right). On 17 June 1919 Sgt Edward Bobridge was awarded the Military Medal for conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty during the operations near Le Verquier on the 18th September, 1918.
