Pair of ankle boots: New Zealand Infantry
Description
Pair of black leather ankle boots without toecaps. There are eight pairs of black painted brass eyelets per boot for the laces, which are light brown leather. The soles are reinforced with hobnails, the heels with metal horseshoes. Each boot is marked with a broad arrow symbol, and 'W'.

These boots were supplied by the New Zealand government in the 1920s.
