Beaufort Railway Station, Hospital
Description
Centre of the celebrated Jeep Railway system where regular services operated to Papar and Weston. Jeeps were converted from rubber tyres to flanged wheels by the rushed labours of Australian Engineers on the spot, North West Borneo, 1945.
