Corporal Douglas Bathersby
Description
Full-length seated portrait of Corporal Douglas Allan Bathersby, A2946, 77 Squadron RAAF in Korea. He was an aircraft mechanic working at Kimpo on the outskirts of Seoul maintaining an Australian fighter aircraft (probably a Meteor jet). He is wearing a pair of American WWII boots.
