A depth-charge crew of H.M.A.S Kapunda reloading a thrower after having fired one charge. Two of the crew are hoisting a depth-charge while a third hand steadies and guides the stalk into the thrower. The men are not in battle dress because of the sudden contact and necessity for the dropping of an emergency depth charge pattern, Madang, New Guinea.
