Description
Part of the dock wall at Sydney Graving Dock below crane carrying concrete blocks. Workers are depicted below. McClintock's focus on the immensity of these structures is demonstrative of the scale of the project being undertaken. The artist also utilises social realism as a means to facilitate the viewer's appreciation of the co-operation between workers.
