Digger, ' C' Company, 7 RAR
Description
Head and shoulders portrait of an Australian soldier of 'C' Company, 7th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (7RAR), with a towel hanging over his shoulder. This soldier was involved in Operation Santa Fe, a multi-brigade search and destroy mission directed against the National Liberation Front (NLF) and the People's Army of Vietnam (PAVN) north of the Australian Task Force (ATF) base at Nui Dat. This operation ran between October and November 1967.
