Helping a wounded comrade
Description
Infantryman of the 9th Australian Infantry Division helping his comrade to the Regimental Aid Post. This is often a necessary occurrence when, owing to a temporary shortage of stretcher bearers, a wounded man's mates would take him to the Regimental Aid Post, Finschhafen, New Guinea.
