Movement Control Office
Description
Movement Control Office for Australian personnel. At Ward's Drome. The personnel are allotted to planes to take them to forward area. In the background Provosts control traffic across the airstrip. Lightning fly over-head and a Douglas transport comes in to land. Everyone wonders if it brings mail from the mainland. At the end of the strip a plane revs up awaiting the signal to take off, New Guinea.
