The launching of HMAS Brisbane at Australia's naval dockyard Cockatoo Island Sydney Harbour on 30 September 1915. Governor General Sir Ronald Munro-Ferguson inspects the guard of honour. Mrs Andrew Fisher wife of Australia's Prime Minister christens the largest Australian built cruiser.
