Description
1. (1 min 10 sec) Demonstrates several new bomb types. Shown are three US Martin B-26 Marauders dropping a total 54 x 100 pound bombs, a Boeing B-17 dropping 2 x 2000 pound bombs, a B-26 releasing an aerial torpedoe, a B-25 Mitchell dropping 100 pound air burst bombs and P51 Mustangs dropping fuel tanks (Napalm?). 2. (45 sec) Shows US Army mortar units firing phosphorus bombs and a demonstration of a new type of flame thrower.
