The bride, SX24677 AANS sister Heather Joan Woodhead was given away by QX48750 Captain Michael Anthony Garrahy, RAA, and was attended by AANS Sister Dickman. The groom was NX56969 Lieutenant Maurice Carmel Timbs and Captain H McManus was Best Man. The nuptial mass and wedding ceremony were performed by Father H J Reid, Senior Chaplain.
