Indian arms for victory
Description
The story of the British Ministry of Supply mission to review India's armament production and an overview of Indian armament manufacture. The mission was headed by Sir Alexander Odger. Covers a visit to an arsenal in Western India where much of the ammunition assembly is done by hand. A gun carriage factory. The J N Tata iron and steel works. A cannon and small arms factory.
