Barges move along coast running gauntlet with Japanese bombers. Matilda tanks arrive and move up. Dawn shots. Tanks going into action. Tanks and infantry in action with support from 2 inch and 3 inch mortars. Digger with bullet wound carried out by stretcher bearers. Wounds attended to. Another chap wounded by Japanese grenade has face examined for splinters. Wounded being carried out.
