Lt Gen Northcott presents pips to VX17821 Sergeant (Sgt) Lindsay Alfred Bear DCM MM, best student in the OCTU, SX7964 Sgt Thomas Currie (Diver) Derrick VC DCM and VX12843 Sgt Reginald Walter (Reg) Saunders.
