Anzac parade 1948 and investiture

On Sunday 25 April 1948, a special parade was held in Anzac Park in memory of those who lost their lives in both World Wars. Representative forces from all national components and service branches of BCOF and American Military Government were reviewed by the Commander in Chief 34 (VX20321, VX80578) Lieutenant General Horace Clement Hugh Robertson CBE DSO. The band provided was from the 66th Australian Infantry Battalion. Parade Commander was 26 (N392) Brigadier Ronald Nicholas Lamond Hopkins.
