This poster features an image of a winking owl watching over a nest in which an envelope marked 'Liberty Loan Bonds' is resting. A full moon can be seen behind the owl. This poster encourages the public to invest in Liberty Loans, put them away as they grow in value, and at a later day they would have developed into a 'nest-egg'.

The Fourth Liberty Loan with the slogan '"Back the Attack!" was launched by Prime Minister John Curtin on the night of the 4th October 1943 in the Sydney Town Hall. The target of the loan was one hundred and twenty five million pounds and 750,000 subscribers. It closed on 9 November 1943.
