Description
Tubular leather case. Lid is marked "No 73 / 1 / B H & G Ltd / 9-1937". A webbing carrying strap is rivetted to the body. The interior is lined in hessian.
History / Summary
This case is thought to have been used for transporting bagged cordite charges from a magazine to the gun. It was designed to be spark and weather proof.
