Collection relating to the Second World War service of B3887 Able Seaman Donald Thomas Gibson, Royal Australian Navy, New Guinea, 1943.

Wallet 1 of 1 - Collection contains a handwritten account of Able Seaman (AB) Gibson's experiences on active service from 20 August 1943 to 17 October 1943. AB Gibson wrote his account on an Australian Comforts Fund (ACF) notepad. The first twelve pages are written with the title 'Our trip from Moresby to Buna', and the following seventeen pages have the title 'Milne Bay to Buna'.
