Description
Frank Hinder left and soldier identified as E.T (possibly Eric Thompson as he worked in the camouflage unit) on the right. Hinder is wearing the helmet with paper mache cover, the other is wearing a tin helmet with a flat paper mache cover. The paper mache helmets were created by Lieutenant Frank Hinder while working as an artist with the Camouflage Research Unit, Dept of Home Security. The verso reads 'Left Silhouette Right - merges except for tin hat papier mache cover'
