Description
Port bow view of the cruiser HMAS Brisbane (I). The tripod foremast was fitted during refit in 1918-1919, with a direction tower on the control top. Beneath it is a platform intended for searchlights, a feature which distinguished the Brisbane from her sisters HMAS Sydney (I) and HMAS Melbourne (I).
