Antarctic mission
Description
For many years, Australian soldiers have taken part in the annual resupply of Antarctic bases. Manning first DUKWs and later LARC amphibians, Army operators go through intensive training in ship-to-shore operations before heading for the deep south on a 1972 resupply voyage.
