Snider-Enfield Mk III Naval Rifle. Lock marked with a Crown and TOWER. Breech stamped Snider Patent and S proof marks. Butt tang engraved 10. It is complete with all parts.

This rifle is a volunteer pattern Snider-Enfield Mk III Naval Rifle. These were not government issue but they were used by volunteers in New South Wales, Tasmania and Western Australia.
