THE FORMER TADANOUMI BRANCH, TOKYO 2ND ARMY ARSENAL, WHERE POISON GAS WAS MANUFACTURED, SHOWING INTERIOR OF THE POWER HOUSE, SHOWING 600 HP DIESEL ELECTRIC GENERATORS WHICH WERE MANUFACTURED IN JAPAN AND HAVE BEEN EARMARKED FOR REPARATIONS. IN BACKGROUND IS THE SUBMARINE CABLE STATION. THE STATION COULD GENERATE ITS OWN ELECTRICITY OR DRAW CURRENT FROM THE MAINLAND.
