Brussels, Belgium. C. 1945-06. Stretcher trestles in the holding ward at No. 1 Casualty Air Evacuation Unit (CAEU) RAF in readiness for incoming patients. These trestles have been specially constructed for No. 1 CAEU and are something quite new and were originated on this Unit.
