Description
Diary describing training at Ferry's Post, and active service in France and Belgium, with particular comments on the horrors at Pozieres, Sausage Valley and Mouquet Farm. Diary continues in England after evacuation with illness, routine camp duties and leave, and return voyage to Australia. Also includes paybook and photograph.
