Ottawa, Canada. 1949-04-25. Representstives at an Anzac Day ceremony at the Ottawa Cenotaph. The High Commissioners for Australia, The Right Honourable F.M. Forde, PC, and New Zealand, The Honourable J. Thorn, just after they had laid wreaths. Mr Forde is the left central figure and Mr Thorn the right central. With them are Australian and New Zealand Army officers and members of the Red Chevron Club, a Canadian association of veterans of the First World War.
