Description
Canberra, ACT, 1942. Three officers serving with No. 18 Squadron, Netherlands Air Force, conversing in front of the engine and propeller of one of the squadron's North American B25 Mitchell bombers. The men are wearing RAAF uniforms, hats and insignia, except for Dutch insignia on their hats and collars. The squadron was based at the local RAAF Station (later RAAF Base Fairbairn). (Donor B.
