Description
Autobiographical account titled "Swaddies at Sea", describing service as a wireless operator with the 1st Anti Aircraft Brigade Signals in the Middle East, Ceylon, and in New Guinea on the Sanananda Track. Also describes later transfer to the 1st Naval Bombardment Group for service aboard HMAS "Australia" and "Shropshire" during the landing operations in the Philippines and Borneo.
