Description
A former French fort, now an Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) outpost, at Ong Trinh on Route 15 during Operaton Canary (a route security operation). The South Vietnamese flag flies above the fort and on the roadside is a banner describing the feeling of anticipation of the people of Ong Trinh who are about to vote in a local government election.
