Studio portrait of Major E A Wisdom (later Brigadier Wisdom CB CMG DSO VD) wearing the uniform of General Staff Officer. He commanded the 7th Australian Infantry Brigade between 1916 and 1919 and was appointed Administrator of New Guinea in 1921.
